Guinness Pouring Spoon
Engraved Guinness Pouring Spoon- The Guinness Pouring Spoon is mainly used to prepare the following drinks:
– Black and Tan (Guinness and Pale Ale)
– Half and Half (Guinness and Lager)
– Black Velvet (Guinness and Champagne)
Pour the Guinness onto the back of the Pouring Spoon so that it ”fans” out over the 2nd drink creating a dividing line between both drinks
How to use the Guinness pouring spoon:
Pour Guinness into the glass at angle until it's about 2/3 full with a thick head. When it settles, it will be about 1-2 full. Hold the spoon upside down over the glass. Pour Guinness over the center of the upside down spoon to dispense a constant flow. Let surge and settle. Top off with a bit more Guinness if need be.
